Premix Cooking Spices 

GREEN CURRY SEASONING MIX/ 80 gm

Mix 1 packet of Green Curry seasoning mix with 1 cup of warm water. Stir until powder has completely dissolved. Heat the wok and pour 2 tablespoon of cooking oil. Add 200g of chicken or meat of your choice and stir together. Add  the green curry mixture. Optional: Add Aubergines and sweet basil leaves. Turn off the heat and serve with steamed rice, spaghetti or bread.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Fresh Green Chili, Garlic, Shallots, Lemongrass, Galangal, Coriander, Cumin, Kaffir Lime Skin.


RENDANG SEASONING MIX/80gm

Suitable for any type of meat or marinating. Add the Rendang seasoning mix to 500gm meat of your choice. Pour 300ml of coconut milk. Let is simmer on medium heat until meat is tender and the sauce is thickened. Optional: Add 2 tablespoon of desiccated coconut for more flavour.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Coconut Milk Powder, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Lemongrass, Birds Eye Chili, Chili Powder, Spices Powder, Dessiccated Coconut, Black Pepper Powder and Brown Sugar. Sodium Inosinate and Sodium Guanylate As Pemitted Flavour Enhancer (Plant Origin).


SAMBAL TUMIS SEASONING MIX/80gm

Mix 1 packet of Sambal Tumis powder with 200ml water. Heat 3 tablespoon oil in wok and fry 100gm anchovies. Add the sambal mixture and bring to boil. Add cut onions to sambal and adjust the taste.

Ingredients: Chili Powder, Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Wheat Flour, Tomato Flavour and Black Pepper. Citric Acid. Acidity Regulator As Permitted Food Conditioner, Sodium Inosinate and Sodium Guanylate As Permitted Flavour Enhancer (Plant Origin) and Corn Starch.


SATAY SEASONING MIX/80gm

Suitable for any type of meat for marination. Serve with peanut sauce and accompany with cucumber and onion. No artificial color or preservatives. One package makes about 4 servings.

Ingredients: Sugar, Salt, Galangal, Lemongrass, Coriander, Onion, Fennel Seeds, Cumin and Garlic.


SWEET SOUR SEASONING MIX/80gm

Suitable for all type of meat and is also one of the most popular dishes. Mix the powder with plain water and add to your fried dish. Allow to simmer on medium heat and garnish with chili, onion or spring onion.

Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Vegetable Oil, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Ginger Powder, Lemongrass, Chili Powder, Wheat Flour, Black Pepper Powder and Tomato Flavour. Use Soy Sauce powder with fried egg, stir fry, grilling marinades or Asian cooking. Ready to use, no preparation is necessary. Just mix 1 packet of soy sauce powder to 100ml of warm water and add to your cooking. Allow to simmer on medium heat until cooked and garnish with onion, chili or spring onion.

Ingredients: Sugar, Onion, Vegetable Oil, Corn Starch, Soy Sauce, Salt, Garlic, Caramel, Chili Powder, Black Pepper, Citrid Acid, Disodium 5-Ribonucleotide, Fennel, Cumin and Cinnamon.
